  1. I had absolutely no idea that coffee contained so many of the B vitamins. I am also amazed to read that it helps for weight loss and is a natural appetite suppressant. I love coffee and especially in the morning as it just gives you that boost to get you up and going. Luckily three cups a day is enough for me but I often wonder how much would be a bad thing for our healths.
